Program Dates:

Session I: July 20-25, 2024

We must receive the following required information before we can consider your application.

A copy of your official high school transcript (from ninth grade to present)
A copy of your unaided audiogram (results without a hearing aid or cochlear implant)
An official copy of your ACT/SAT/PSAT scores (if you have taken any of these tests)
Financial Assistance Form (optional...complete only if you are applying for financial assistance)
A short essay or paragraph indicating why you want to attend this program and what your long term goals might be in the health care profession

Please Note:

Students who have attended HCCEC previously are not eligible to attend again
The age limit for HCCEC participants is 19 years old
Participants must be 19 years old or younger as of August 1, 2024
Participation in program does not guarantee eligibility for admission to RIT/NTID
