A copy of your official high school transcript (from 10th to 12th grade)
A copy of your unaided audiogram (results without a hearing aid or cochlear implant)

Please Note:

To be eligible to participate in the 2024 Financial Wizards, students must be:

In 10th, 11th, or 12th grade during Fall 2024
Deaf or hard-of-hearing
Participants must be between 16 and 19 years old as of August 1, 2024
